Customs, Duties & Taxes
Many orders do not incur customs fees because production is often completed within the same region as the delivery address.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
Shipments delayed or lost due to an incorrect address cannot be refunded or replaced.
If a package is returned due to refusal by the recipient or unpaid customs duties, the order cannot be refunded or resent.
Damaged or Lost Orders
