Refund Policy

We want you to love your framed print. Because all products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify, each item is produced specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept general returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, choosing the wrong size, or personal preference.

However, we will always make things right in the rare event that something goes wrong with your order.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your framed print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us.

To process a replacement, we require:

  • A clear photo of the damaged area

  • A photo of the full product

  • A photo of the packaging (if damaged)

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement through Printify.

2. Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, we will investigate with Printify and the shipping carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will issue a free replacement.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

Because all framed prints are custom‑made, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong size, colour, or orientation

  • Slight colour variations due to screen differences

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

Please double‑check your order details before completing your purchase.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once Printify begins fulfilling the order, cancellations are no longer possible.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately.

5. How to Request a Replacement

Contact us with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Required photos (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
